Generously sized and well-equipped rooms, excellent and spacious bathroom, comfortable bed. Hygiene taken seriously with covered cups and tea making things. Large car parking spaces. Very clean rooms. Massive and comfortable beds. Close proximity to cafes and restaurants. Amazing and accommodating staff. Enjoyable breakfasts with gluten-free options. Handy and clean coin-operated laundry facilities. Management provided temporary pass card when key card locked inside.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating and super friendly. The staff were happy to help when I wanted something. I greatly enjoyed the satisfactory breakfast served at the motel. This property had a central position to the shopping center. Had an excellent stay for one night, and would stay here again.

Coffs Harbour, the perfect spot for family adventures! The staff at the motel were incredibly helpful and gave us all the information we needed for unforgettable experiences, like whale watching tours and trips to Fraser Island. They even helped us with car rental services.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was outstanding. We couldn't believe how affordable it was to stay here, especially considering the level of comfort and convenience provided. The attention to detail was also impressive, with the rooms equipped with all the usual conveniences like a toaster and microwave. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was close to everything we needed, including fast food places and the center of town. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised by the beautiful breakfast they served at the hotel. It was a delicious and satisfying meal that started our day off right.

The location was marvellous and comfortable, just a pleasant stroll away from Alexandra Park Zoo. Deluxe queen room with new TV and fridge, for example was ready when we arrived. The staff - absolutely lovely and great, and were happy to help.

We spent our Christmas at a cozy and clean motor inn in a vibrant area. The location was very convenient for exploring the city's surroundings, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room amenities and the well-designed bathroom exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. We appreciated the attention to cleanliness and hygiene, with some supplies being covered. The air conditioning worked well, and it was a relief to have a comfortable bed after an exhausting day.

The only negative aspect we encountered was the low water pressure in the shower, which made it difficult to mix hot and cold water properly. We also had some trouble with parking, as a large vehicle parked opposite us, and it was tricky to maneuver our car in and out.

Got a complementary toothbrush and water bottle which were useful since I forgot to bring mine. The location is not bad with easy access to a nearby convenience store and some food chains. That's all I can say that is good for now.

There was hair on the shower floor and the sheets had a slight stain. The fridge was not cold enough and it was quite loud.
